351.99 PENALTIES.

   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter, except as set forth in (b) or (c) of this section, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 303.99.

   (b)   Irrespective of any other provisions of the Revised Ordinances, a minimum fine of fifty dollars ($50.00), plus Court costs, shall be imposed for any violation of the parking provisions set forth in Section 351.03, Section 351.04, Section 351.05, Section 351.10, Section 351.11, and Section 351.12.

   (c)   Irrespective of any other provisions of the Revised Ordinances, a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs shall be imposed for any violation of the parking provisions set forth in Section 351.04(e), 351.04(f), 351.18(f)(1) or (f)(2).
