§ 51.03 PRIVILEGE OF INSPECTION.

Authorized employees of the town shall be permitted to enter upon all properties connected with, or to be connected with, the town sewer system or town water distribution system for the purposes of inspection of all pipes, motors, meters, and water fixtures, the manner in which water is used, and enforcing the ordinances herein.
