§ 50.08 BURNING GARBAGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to burn waste within the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   Dry, combustible materials may be burned in such incinerators that meet, or exceed, the requirements of the state, and are approved by the Fire Chief. Leaves, grass, weeds, and lawn trimmings from lawns and gardens may be burned only with the permission of the Fire Chief.

§ 50.09 BURYING WASTE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to bury any waste within the town.

§ 50.10 HAULING WASTE.
   No one shall be permitted to haul waste without taking all necessary precautions to prevent blowing, leaking, or dropping off of contents on public streets or ways of the town, or the private property therein.

§ 50.11 ACCUMULATION OF WASTE.
   It shall be unlawful for any generator to allow wastes to accumulate on private property, or in streets or alleys within the town, for a period of ten days or longer.

§ 50.12 LITTERING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, or cause to be deposited, any form of litter upon or along any of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, or alleys of the town, or within or upon any public places within the town.

§ 50.13 FEES; REMOVAL OF WASTE.
   (A)   The town will make arrangements to remove all waste per the schedule agreed to by the waste generator. In the case of residences, the waste removal will be once per week.
   (B)   For this service, a fee is hereby imposed by the town to be paid by each waste generator whose premise also receives town water and sewer service. This fee will be billed with the monthly water and sewer bill, and can be paid separate or consolidated with the water and sewer bill.
   (C)   The solid waste charges are due when received, and must be paid according to terms as set by resolution. In the event the bill is not paid according to terms as set by resolution, the chapter violation procedure will be implemented.
