§ 37.03 NOMINATION OF ELECTION; POLLING PLACES.
   (A)   The procedures for the nomination and election of all elected town officers shall be as prescribed by state law for non-partisan elections.

   (B)   In all municipal elections held in the town, there shall be but one polling or voting place, which shall be designated by the election official.
