At the first regular meeting in each month, the Town Judge shall present to the Town Council a report, in writing, giving a statement of all cases instituted in the Town Court, the disposition of the same, and the amount of all fines and costs collected during the preceding calendar month. The report shall be accompanied by a receipt from the Town Clerk for the amount of the fines and costs collected.
