§ 35.03 APPOINTMENT OF JUDGE; QUALIFICATIONS.

   (A)   The Town Judge shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Town Council, or by any other method allowed by law.

   (B)   The Town Judge shall be:

      (1)   At least 25 years of age;

      (2)   A resident of the state for at least three years preceding appointment; and

      (3)   A resident of the county during the term of office.
