§ 33.31 SPECIAL AUTHORITY OF FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   If any firefighter has reasonable suspicion to believe a destructive fire is within a building, he or she is authorized to enter that building at any time to suppress such fire.
   (B)   Any firefighter acting under the direction of the Chief, or another officer in command, is authorized to enter upon the premises adjacent to, or in the vicinity of, any building or other property that is on fire for the purpose of suppressing such fire.
   (C)   Any firefighter has the authority to destroy or move property in the reasonable and necessary course of fire suppression for the protection of persons and property, or to prevent the spread of fire.
