§ 33.30 VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS.

All appointees to the Town Volunteer Fire Department shall be able-bodied citizens residing within a 15-mile radius of the town limits. Firefighters shall be subject to supervision by the Fire Chief, or the Assistant Fire Chief, and shall be accountable to the Chief or his or her assistant only.
