§ 33.09 TEMPORARY OFFICERS.
   The Mayor, or the Chief of Police, with the advice and consent of the Mayor, may appoint temporary law enforcement officers when, through some unforeseen occurrence, or because of training requirements, temporary law enforcement officers are required.
