§ 31.50 APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   (A)   It is a duty of the Mayor to appoint a qualified person to the position of Town Attorney.

   (B)   The person appointed to the position of Town Attorney shall serve in such capacity at the pleasure of the appointing authority.
