(A) The salaries of the Mayor and Council members of the town are hereby declared as follows:
(1) Mayor: to be set by resolution; and
(2) Council members: to be set by resolution.

(B) The salaries and compensation for all officers and employees not covered by divisions (A)(1) and (A)(2) above shall be fixed by resolution of the Town Council.

(C) The salaries of all officers and employees of the town shall be paid monthly on the last day of the calendar month for which services were rendered, or bi-monthly, upon an employee request. The Mayor and Council members may be paid quarterly. The claims, therefore, shall be audited and allowed at the next regular meeting of the Town Council.
