§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of the provisions of these regulations, or failure to comply with any of the requirements, including failure to obtain permit approval prior to development in the regulated flood hazard area, except for an emergency, shall constitute a misdemeanor and may be treated as a public nuisance.
   (C)   Any person who violates these regulations or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $100, or imprisoned for not more than ten days, or both. Each day’s continuance of a violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
