§ 30.02 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Town Council shall, at the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, hold a regular meeting for the transaction of municipal business, at a date and time to be set by resolution by the Town Council.

   (B)   Special meetings may be called by the Mayor, or at the request of three members of the Town Council. It is the duty of the Town Clerk to give reasonable notice of special meetings, in writing, to the Mayor and all members of the Town Council present in the town.

   (C)   If a regularly scheduled Council meeting falls on a legal holiday, as defined in MCA § 1-1-216, the Council meeting shall be rescheduled and conducted on the next succeeding day at the time and place designated for the conduct of Council meetings.

   (D)   All meetings of the Council, unless otherwise ordered by the Mayor for good cause, shall be held in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall.

   (E)   If Council members desire an alternate day to conduct a regularly scheduled Council meeting, more than 24 hours’ notice shall be given as follows:
      (1)   Posting notice of such changes in three public places;
      (2)   Publishing notice of such changes in the local newspaper; or
      (3)   Both divisions (E)(1) and (E)(2) above if time permits.
