The corporate seal of the town shall be circular in form with inner and outer circles of rope design. The outer circle shall be one and seven-eighths inches in diameter, and the inner circle shall be one and one-fourth inches in diameter. It shall bear upon the upper portion of the space between the inner and outer circle the words “TOWN OF CIRCLE”, and upon the lower portion of said space the words “CIRCLE, MONTANA”. Upon the upper portion of the space within the inner circle shall be the word “CORPORATE”, and upon the lower portion of said space shall be the word “SEAL”.
