§ 152.057 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   No private signs, eaves, marques, or similar devices will be allowed to encroach on the public rights- of-way within the incorporated limits of the town. No gainful private or commercial use of public right-of-way will be allowed, for example, non-emergency servicing of vehicles, parking, or placing of portable advertising devices on the public right-of-way.
