§ 152.037 SIDEWALK EXCAVATION.

Any excavation made in or under any sidewalk shall be provided with a substance and adequate foot-bridge over the excavation on the line of the sidewalk. The bridge shall be at least three feet wide and securely railed on each side so that pedestrians can pass over safely at all times.
