If any property owner fails to comply with the provisions of this subchapter, upon receiving 30 days’ notice of such failure, with instructions to correct the same, the Town Services Superintendent, with the advice and consent of the Mayor, will contract for the proper construction and/or repair of such sidewalks or curbing, and the cost of such construction or repair shall constitute a lien upon the property until paid.
