§ 152.016 WIDTH AND DEPTH; CURBING.
   (A)   All sidewalks constructed, repaired, or altered shall be built along the owner’s property line. In residential areas, all sidewalks shall be of a width of four feet and a depth of at least four inches of concrete. In the business district, all sidewalks shall be of a width of ten feet and have a depth of at least six inches of concrete. All sidewalks within the corporate limits shall be built at the established grade levels. Newly constructed will conform to the sidewalk on the adjoining property, providing that the existing sidewalks are in good condition.

   (B)    All curbing shall be built ten feet from the owner’s property line, and all curb cocks shall be installed at a distance of nine feet from the owner’s property line.
