§ 152.015 REQUIREMENTS.
   No person, corporation, or other association of any kind within the town limits shall construct, repair, or alter any sidewalk, except as provided for in the following sections of this subchapter, and the sidewalk complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
