It shall be the duty of all owners of property in the town upon which sidewalks have been laid, to keep his or her sidewalks in good repair, and to remove snow and ice within 12 hours from the time snow and ice ceases to fall, or sooner if ordered by the law enforcement, Town Services Superintendent, or the Mayor.
