§ 151.22 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be administrated by the town, who is authorized to and shall assign street names and numbers to all properties, both existing and proposed streets, in accordance with the criteria in adopted address standards.
   (B)   The town shall also be responsible for maintaining the following records of this subchapter:
      (1)   A town map for official use showing street names and numbers;
      (2)   An alphabetical list of all property owners as identified by current assessment records, by last name, showing the assigned numbers; and
      (3)   An alphabetical list of all roads with property owners, listed in order of their assigned numbers.
