For the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, the Uniform Fire Code, recommended by the Western Fire Chiefs Association and the International Conference of Building Officials, is hereby adopted by reference as the Fire Code of the town, and made a part hereof as fully as if set out in length herein, together with all subsequent revisions, additions, and amendments thereto, and of which two copies shall be and remain on file with the Town Clerk, and from the effective date of this section, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the town limits.
