§ 151.05 PLUMBING CODE.
   In order to protect the public health and safety of the town through the establishment of minimum standards of design, materials, and workmanship for all plumbing hereafter installed, altered, or repaired, and of methods of procedure within the town limits, the Uniform Plumbing Code of the International Conference of Building Officials, and as amended by the supplement published by the state, is hereby adopted by reference as the Plumbing Code of the town, and made a part hereof as fully as if set out in length herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the installation, alteration, or repairing of plumbing within the town, together with all subsequent revisions, additions, and amendments thereto, and of which two copies shall be and remain on file with the Town Clerk.
