§ 151.03 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The application filed by an applicant for a construction permit shall be checked by the Site Inspector. Such plans may be reviewed by the Chief of the Fire Department with respect to the storage of volatile and flammable liquids. When such applications are found to be in conformity with the requirements of this subchapter, and all other laws of the state Building Codes Bureau or Town Code provisions applicable thereto, the Site Inspector shall issue a permit for the specific construction upon receipt of the required permit fee.
   (B)   When the Site Inspector approves the construction permit, he or she shall endorse in writing, or stamp on the applications “Approved”. The application for the permit shall be returned to the Town Clerk for approval by the Town Council.
   (C)   The approved application shall be retained by the Site Inspector as a public record for a period of not less than 90 days from date of completion of the work covered therein. This application shall not be changed, modified, or altered without authorization from the Town Council, and all work shall be done in accordance with the approved plans.
