Pursuant to MCA § 76-2-321(2), the Town Council hereby reserves to itself the power to make exceptions to the zoning regulations, zoning ordinances, or land use plans of the town. The Town Council reserves to itself all powers to grant variances or make zoning exceptions as aforesaid, not expressly granted to the Board of Adjustment.
