§ 133.07 PETTY LARCENY; SHOPLIFTING.
   (A)   Petty larceny. To steal, take, carry, lead, drive, or entice away the goods or personal property of another, under the value of $300, with the intent to deprive the owner of the possession thereof, is prohibited.

   (B)   Shoplifting. To willfully take possession of, or conceal, merchandise offered for sale with the intention of converting the same to one’s own use, without paying for it, or to willfully alter any label, price tag, or marking upon merchandise, or transfer merchandise from one container to another with the intention of depriving the merchant of all or part of the value of the merchandise, is prohibited.
