§ 130.08 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   To impersonate a law enforcement officer, or other officer of the town, by wearing a badge, star, uniform, or other insignia of office, or to hold himself or herself out to be a law enforcement officer or other officer of the town, without lawful authority to do so, is prohibited.
