(A) Carrying of concealed weapons. Carrying or bearing concealed within the town a dirk, dagger, pistol, revolver, slingshot, swordcane, billy, metal knuckles, knife, having a blade four inches long or longer, razor, not including a safety razor, or other weapons capable of producing death or bodily harm is prohibited.
(B) Prohibited weapons. To manufacture, cause to be manufactured, possess, display, offer to sell, lend, or purchase any metal knuckles, bludgeon, dirk, dagger, or swordcane is prohibited.
(C) Exceptions for police officers. The provisions set forth above shall not be construed to forbid law enforcement officers from carrying or wearing weapons for the proper and necessary enforcement of the law, and a person with a permit to carry a concealed weapon under MCA § 45-8-321.
