§ 130.05 OBSTRUCTING MOVEMENTS.
   To hinder, annoy, or molest persons passing along any street, sidewalk, crosswalk, or other public way, or other place of public assemblage in any manner so as to unreasonably obstruct such public way or place is prohibited.
