§ 111.16 VIOLATION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install, or maintain, within the jurisdictional area of the town, any equipment or facilities for distributing any television signals, radio signals, or expanded services through a CATV system, unless a license therefor has been issued and is in good standing.
