(A) All transmission and distribution structures, lines, and equipment erected by the licensee within the town shall be so located as to cause no interference with the use of the streets, alleys, and other public ways and places, and to cause no interference with the rights and reasonable convenience of property owners contiguous to any of the said streets, alleys, or other public ways and places.
(B) In case of work in any street, sidewalk, alley, public way, grass, or paved areas, or any other public or private property, the licensee shall, at its own expense, and in a manner approved by the town, replace and restore the property in as good a condition as before the work.
(C) The system shall be maintained so as not to interfere with existing television or radio reception.
