§ 111.08 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The licensee shall at all times employ care, and shall install and maintain in use commonly accepted methods and devices for preventing failures and accidents which may cause damage, injuries, or nuisances.
   (B)   The licensee shall install and maintain its wires, cables, fixtures, and other equipment in accordance with requirements of town ordinances, and state codes and regulations, and in such manner that they will not interfere with the water, sewer, electric, telephone, or other utilities serving the town.
   (C)   All structures and lines, equipment and connections in, over, under, and on the streets, sidewalks, alleys, and public ways or places of the town, wherever situated or located, shall at all times be kept and maintained in a safe, suitable, and substantial condition, and in a state of good order and repair.
   (D)   The licensee shall maintain a staff at all times sufficient to provide safe, adequate, and prompt service of its facilities.
