§ 111.06 GRANT OF AUTHORITY.
   Upon approval of the application, the town may grant to the applicant the right, privilege, and license to engage in the business of operating a CATV system in the town for the purpose of providing regular CATV service and such aspects of expanding CATV service, if any, as authorized.
