§ 111.05 TWENTY YEAR LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   Any licensee may make application for a 20-year, nonexclusive license upon meeting the following three conditions:
      (1)   Compliance with all of the rules, regulations and requirements of the Federal Communications Commission;
      (2)   Compliance with all remaining requirements in the sections of this chapter; and
      (3)   PERFORMANCE meaning “completion and activation of a receiving and transmitting cable television facility in the town”.
   (B)   The applicant shall pay the town a non-refundable annual license fee of $100 for the 20-year license. With continued compliance, a licensee may renew this license for an additional 20-year period.
