(A) The applicant shall pay the town, at the time of submitting an application, and annually thereafter, for license renewals, a non-refundable fee to be set by resolution of the Town Council.
(B) Each license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on December 31 of each year, which shall be renewable annually upon payment of the required fees and maintaining the facility as required by law.
