(A) General. The license fees herein provided for are exclusive of, and in addition to, other license fees chargeable in the town for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
(B) Liquor. Fraternal organizations or clubs, a fee to be set by resolution of the Town Council. All other licenses shall be one-half of the amount paid by such licensee to the State Department of Revenue for a state license. All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the last day of December following the issuance of said license.
(C) Beer. All license fees shall be one-half of the amount paid annually to the State Department of Revenue for a state license, payable on December 31.
(D) Table wine. The license fee for retail sale of table wine for off-premises consumption shall be set by resolution of the Town Council, payable on December 31.
