§ 91.04 IMPOUNDMENT; NOTICE; COSTS.
   (A)   If any animal, domestic pet, or otherwise is found running at large contrary to the provisions of this subchapter, the Animal Control Officer, his or her representative, or any police officer shall take up, and impound, the animal in the town animal shelter or other place provided for that purpose.
   (B)   The Animal Control Officer shall give written notice personally to the owner, or person entitled to the possession, if known, of animals so impounded. Said notice shall give the number, description, marks, and brands of the animal when impounded, with the reasons therefor, together with the amount of charges, if any, in a reasonable amount.
