§ 91.03 AT LARGE.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any cattle, horses, mules, sheep, goats, swine, fowl, or other animals to permit the same to run at large within the town, and each day that any such animals are permitted to run at large within the limits of the town shall constitute a separate offense.
