§ 90.44 CONSTRUCTION.

This subchapter shall be construed as being supplementary to any sections of the health and safety or zoning codes relating to rubbish, litter, garbage, refuse, trash, or junk, and shall not be construed to permit the parking or placing of dismantled, partially dismantled, or inoperable vehicles or motor vehicles on a street.
