§ 90.41 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DISMANTLED OR PARTIALLY DISMANTLED VEHICLE. Any vehicle or motor vehicle from which some part or parts, which are ordinarily a component thereof, have been removed or are missing.
   INOPERABLE VEHICLE. Any vehicle or motor vehicle which, by reason of dismantling, disrepair, or other cause, is incapable of being propelled under its own power.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. A vehicle propelled by its own power, and designed primarily to transport persons or property upon the highways of the state and the streets and alleys of the town. The term does not include a bicycle, as defined by MCA § 61-8-102(2)(b).
   VEHICLE. Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property may be transported or drawn upon, a public highway, or town street and alley, except devices moved by animal power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or track. This term does not include a bicycle, as defined by MCA § 61-1-123.
