§ 90.25 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NUISANCE. Anything which is injurious to health, or is indecent or offensive to the sense, or any obstruction to the free use of property, so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property.
