To sell, or offer for sale, any tainted, unsound, or rotten meat, fish, fowl, fruit or vegetables, eggs, milk, butter, canned goods, packaged goods, or other articles of food, or to sell, or offer for sale, the flesh of any animal that was diseased is prohibited.
