§ 90.07 BARRIERS, BARRICADES.
   (A)   Erecting. It is unlawful to place, or erect upon, any public way a barrier, barricade, or obstruction of any type, except temporary barriers or warning signs placed for the purpose of safeguarding the public against hazards.
   (B)   Removing. It is unlawful to remove, destroy, or interfere with any barrier, guard, or light placed before, or in, any dangerous place near the streets, sidewalks, or other public way of the town, for the purpose of warning or protecting users of such ways from injury or danger, provided that removal after the danger has ceased shall not be considered unlawful.
