§ 90.06 FIREWORKS.
   It is unlawful for any person, co-partnership, or corporation to manufacture or use or explode any fireworks. Retail fireworks stands will be allowed within the town limits with approval on an annual basis from the Fire Department, Town Council, and/or law enforcement. The retail seller must have authorization to sell from a designated site, and comply with all state fireworks laws governing the sale of fireworks. The term FIREWORKS, as used in this section, refers to CONSUMER FIREWORKS, as outlined in state law, and would include firecrackers, skyrockets, Roman candles, bottle rockets, and other devices designated, and intended, for pyrotechnic display.
