SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMIT SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Minimum speed limit in an urban district upon Montana Highway 13. The speed limit upon Montana Highway 13, beginning with the intersection of Montana Highway 200 and B Avenue, and extending south to the south town limits, shall not be less than 25 mph thereon, as defined in MCA § 61- 8-102(2)(z).
   (B)   Minimum speed limit outside an urban district upon Montana Highway 13. The speed limit upon Montana Highway 13, beginning with the intersection of Montana Highway 200 and B Avenue and extending south to the south town limits, shall not be less than 35 mph outside any urban district thereon, as defined in MCA § 61-8-102(2)(z).
   (C)   Modifying, establishing speed limits. The town may modify or alter such established speed limits within the town limits beginning with the intersection of Montana Highway 200 and B Avenue, and extending south to the south town limits, after a traffic and engineering investigation is conducted by the state and at the state’s request.
   (D)   Urban district defined. URBAN DISTRICT means the territory contiguous to, and including, any street which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than 100 feet for a distance of one-fourth mile or more.
