§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this subchapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Violations of any section of §§ 71.01 through 71.09 shall be misdemeanors and punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, as follows:

      (1)   For careless or reckless operation of a snowmobile, or for the operation of a snowmobile while under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics: a fine as set by law; and

      (2)   For violation of any other provision of §§ 71.01 through 71.09, or of any rule or regulation established hereunder: a fine not to exceed $150.
