§ 71.03 STATE REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   The owner of a snowmobile shall register such vehicle with the Registrar of Motor Vehicles of the state, and shall further comply with all provisions of the 1969 Snowmobile Act, being MCA §§ 23-2-601 through 23-2-657. The owner shall display, in a conspicuous place on such registered vehicle, the registered number.
