§ 70.03 CONFORMITY; ADOPTION.
   (A)   The provisions of MCA Title 61, Chapter 8 are hereby adopted as part of the ordinances of the town under the regulation of traffic ordinances.
   (B)   The provisions of MCA Title 61, Chapter 8 shall be enforced by law enforcement, and no ordinance shall be enacted or enforced in conflict with the provision of this chapter unless expressly authorized therein.
