(A) Water rates.
(1) Municipal water rates for residential, commercial, and industrial customers within the town’s service area shall be furnished at a rate for a minimum billing of gallons of usage, as set by resolution.
(2) These rates are subject to change and to be set by resolution of the Town Council as determined necessary.

(B) Sewer rates.
(1) Municipal sewer rates for residential, commercial, and industrial customers within the town’s service area shall be furnished at a rate based on the consumer’s water usage.
(2) Summer sewer rates for consumers will be based on his or her average water usages from November 20 to March 20. Summer rates are again in effect from May 20 to September 20.
(3) Commercial and industrial customers, as listed in division (A) above, shall not be allowed the summer sewer rates.
