The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby ordered to change the name of Fund 625 Ambulance to Fund 625 Ambulance/Emergency Services Fund, for the Cicero Town Council to receive and disburse funds received from the ambulance service receipts, American Heart Association CPR receipts, fire prevention receipts and department donations. The funds placed into the Ambulance/Emergency Services Fund shall be used to purchase Emergency Medical Services supplies and equipment, American Heart Association CPR cards, training supplies, and equipment, fire prevention training supplies and equipment, ambulance upgrades, ambulance chassis and ambulance maintenance, replacements, and other capital expenditures as approved by the Town Council for the Cicero Fire Department.
